  • How can I ship the patient’s cases / impressions / models?

    You can wrap the silicon impression and plaster model in bubble bags and put bite rim in ziplock bag together with the Rx. Then send impressions & plaster models through UPS / DHL / Fedex /TNT service to Shenzhen LJ Dental Laboratory.

  • Is it mandatory to send physical models/Impressions?

    Physical models / impressions are not mandatory if you send us the STL / digital files.

  • Can I send digital files/ STL files?

    We do accept intra-oral scan files and model scan files ready for design and mill from most systems used worldwide.  You can also e-mail inter-oral scanned data to our e-mail sales@ljdentallab.com. We can print 3D models of STL file to complete restoration process with ceramic work. Work is completed with CAD/CAM technology for all fixed restorations crowns & bridge work and frameworks of dentures.

    We do not have any specific preferences, however as experienced, DHL delivers packages in 2-3 business days which is faster compared to UPS & Fedex.
